I work a few steps from the hotel and hubby and I decided to spend the night here just for kicks because I need to be in the office early the next day. Staff at the reception was nice except of the manager Rooms are nothing as shown at the web page of hotel - at all Hotel is very close to tourist center and old part of Manila and Bay of Manila Rooms are oriented to the main street so it makes them very noisy even at night
