This hotel is more a guest house then anything. The main building is a House, into which you'll find rooms (the biggest ones, apparently) and a living area with chairs and couches. Outside that house are the other rooms, located in adjacent buildings. The best point of this hotel is the outside swimming pool and garden, which are very nice.... more

Neighbourhood might be a good reason not to choose this for honeymoon. Inside the wall, it is very quiet, green with an atmosphere to relax. We had two one-night stays (in the meanwhile they kept spare luggage for free): one luxury twin room (nice, spacious) for 2500 PHP and the next time one class below twin room (smaller, saw one... more

I really enjoyed my stay at Bianca's Garden, an oasis in the heart of an interesting part of Manila. The garden and swimming pool were a great source of relief after a day out and about or to just fill in the afternoon away from the heat of the city. Johns hospitality behind the bar and with any little problem... more

The place is OK, although the neighbourhood is dodgy and there are other places nearby that offer much better value. A tiny incident can tell volumes. During my stay at Bianca's Garden Hotel I was offered an umbrella to go for dinner. It rained heavily. Unfortunately, the umbrella was, due to occasional wind gusts, damaged. This happens to cheaply manufactured... more

The hotel was nice even though the street outside the hotel was a bit scary at first. When we got used to the place it was really nice. Bars and a guard made us to feel safe. The hotel was very quiet and nicely decorated. Good hotel to a cheap price! more

Despite booking well in advance and then confirming a week before, we arrived after a delayed flight to find that they had given our room to someone else. We were only 2 hours later than the estimated arrival time that we had given them. So we were forced to find alternative accommodation at night in Malate. I should also point... more

I enjoyed my stay at bianca's garden, it was clean, personable, away from the chaos of Manila but style right in the center of Malate. I really liked the decor, old colonial Spanish style and appreciated that it was owned by a Filipino. The food was good and I loved the mango juice, so refreshing! I stayed in two rooms,... more

This place was a very friendly start to a recent Philippines trip. John and the rest of the staff made the stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended are John's fresh pineapple juices, blended with ice. They proved highly addictive! It is located in a street with a fair amount of poverty on show, but is very much an oasis in its... more

Tooty, Melbourne, Australia We are in agreement with the other reviewers, it was clean, quiet and well serviced. Only one issue was the location - it is not in the best area of town and can be quite confronting for the uninitiated. Be prepared when you walk out the gates. more
