I went for the first time to the Hyatt hotel, in order to compare with the Pan Pacific which I visit normally in that time of the year in Manila. The quality was ok, I have no negative remarks conecrning the hotel, the service, the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool or the spa. The price of the Hyatt was lower... More

My wife and I recently stayed on points on the Regency Club level. The room was excellent and the service at the Regency Club was well worth the extra points to upgrade (includes continental breakfast, wine all day, and evening appetizers and drinks). So far this has been our favorite Hyatt that we've stayed at, either in the U.S. or... More

This is my first time to stay in Hyatt Manila, only for one night as a transit passenger. I think the only demerit for this hotel is it's location-the environment outside the hotel do really shock me, but the moment you enter into the hotel, it seems you come into another world! Except this, everything in this hotel is perfect-friendly... More

I was in Manilla to attend some business meetings in first week of June. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and was very happy with the sea views from the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful and went out of their way to help me when I had a severe headache on one of the... More

The Hyatt Manila is located near the harbor, Robinson's Mall, and the Asia Mall. There is no lack of shopping in the area. The room I had, a suite on the 16th floor, was spacious and very modern. The view overlooked west to Manila Harbor. The sunsets were spectacular. There are three restaurants in the hotel. i ate in two... More

It must have been the 8th time I stayed in the Hyatt in Malate. When you enter the hotel, it feels like you are visiting a oasis of silence in the crowded district of Malate. The hotel offers all you could need on a business trip. The rooms are very well equipped, with the best bathroom I have ever experienced.... More

Get the minus out of the way - I don't know when I turned into such a rabid non-smoker, but that I am now. Yuck to the bad ventilation in this hotel. I should have guessed from the "Casino" part of the name, so life lesson learned here. The aircon was literally blowing second hand smoke into the room. Big... More

This is probably the most affordable Hyatt I've ever been to, and when I arrive, I knew why. Unfortunately, the Malate area is seedy and run-down. Despite being centrally located in Manila, it's probably a safer bet to get something in Makati, where you can walk/get around without feeling like you need to look over your shoulder. The rooms are... More

The Hyatt is a nice property in a good central area, close to Robinson Mall ( beware there are some very dodgy Bars/Clubs/people around the area) The Hotel staff are really friendly, rooms, the pool area, Fitness area all really good as is the food from room service. The only thing that spoils it all and I will never understand why... More
