My fiance and I were on our holidays in my country and he decided to give this hotel a go as the price offered in hotels.com was not bad for a suite room. Since we were still in Puerto Princesa and we will be arriving so late in Manila, we asked our friend to check-in for us. Right after she... More

Filthy frayed carpets in the hallways with ugly mysterious stains all over. Hardly any better inside the rooms. Old filthy bathtub and bathroom tiles. This place needs a MAJOR renovation!!! Even when you look out the windows of your room, you can see the balconies haven't been cleaned in years (encrusted birdshit all over). The pool area is an utter... More

I really regret it when I recommended this hotel to my tourist, the room is big but everything looks old, what made my tourist furious is he booked 2 days before but when we arrived there it seems like they were never expecting any guest in the room. No slippers, towels, bathrobe and tissues yet. they waited for us to... More

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary but it turn out to be our worst hotel experience of all time. The room is way old and T.V. is worn out . The service is so awful, we were just asking for a socket plug for our charger for our laptop and we were told to call their housekeeping.... More
