We picked the hotel to stay after long haul flight. Hotel has slightly chaotic lay out. Although Room is spacious and the one thing I like is the 24hour room service. As our room was located facing the Water Park , the next morning we're greeted with rubbish floating on the water. Polite staff and good service.

We stayed in the Aqua Room in April 2012. The room was very small and a little too dark for me. Since it had the aquarium, it had no window at all. I felt a bit suffocated. The toilet had a glass door so there really is no privacy. The staff were nice though especially those at the spa.
