Manila traffic is terrible. When you want to be close to the airport this is a cheap and clean hotel. We were with 6 adults and 2 children. We had a large appartment on the first floor. Very convenient.

If you have limited time to get to airport, this is a good location, as traffic in Manila sometimes stretches to an enormous extend, and having your hotel near the airport can save you a lot of time and nerves. Pretty near the airport and Mall of Asia. Room is clean, basic and hot shower works like a dream. Air con is ancient; it works albeit noisy. There is only one F&B outlet. The rooms are well presented and the equipment fairly standard for the other apartment hotels I've stayed in. The fridge is equipped with a few mini bar style drinks but is easily large enough to accommodate your own stuff too. Sparkling clean rooms, attractive pool area, attentive staff. Floors are so clean a polished you can almost skate on them in your bare feet. Food at the on-site restaurant was good. Effective hotel for the price, reception is dated, elevators very old, check out time of 11am a little unfriendly (with free late check out to 1pm still not quite the 2pm offered by most hotels). The pictures do not match reality. Reminds me more a prison then a hotel. The area is not that great but not the hotel's fault. big disappointment.
