Booked this hotel and card was pre authorised so payment was held. After long flight arrived to be told despite booking paper showing no deposit as card has already been preauthorised reception staff demanded £100 British pounds as a deposit was then told if we don't pay they just keep the payment held from the card so had no choice.... Stayed here for 3 nights in April and absolutely loved it! The rooms were lovely and roomy - i was travelling with my 3 children, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the buffet breakfasts were amazing! Would highly recommend :)
