We stayed here in April and we were very very disappointed. My first impression was wallpaper peeling in the hall way.The Hallway was constantly Hot and Stuffy. Outside of our room we had constant noise with Tradesmen banging and jack hammers working away . Our Room was very ordinary and the Bed was as hard as a Plank of wood....

I had selected this hotel due to location i.e., Centre of Shopping and Tourist Place in KL. Hotel is very good, staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good. Family enjoyed the location for shopping malls nearby. Toursit places are also nearby.

I have been at this hotel before and had a good experience, this time we was checked into teh B-building and far from the A building and less, way less good service.
