The hotel room was spacious. Sheets and linen were clean. Bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory- a variety of food. The hotel is very near Sg. Wang, bukit Bintang Plaza and Lot 10. There's a monoral station nearby too. Good location. The only downside of this hotel is that the indoor swimming pool was too cold to swim in.

this hotel connects you to any prime places you want to go. its easy accessible with transportation, foods, restaurants, malls everything you named it. the staffs was very helpful and friendly. i was on the high floor and got those nice view of the city in the morning!

The place is very busy and croud,location of hotel very strategic. You can find almost anything around this hotel,'warong' behind the hotel,hypermall infront and beside. I am not sure where the 4star rating comes from. Rooms are dated with suspicious carpet stains. There are no a/c temperature control except fan speed control.
