I booked this hotel for its location as I have to travel to Johor Bahru by bus. I called up the hotel about 10pm in the evening and luckily they have an available room. I arrived way past midnight, there was someone in the lobby and she was accomodating and I got my room keys in about 2-3 mins tops.... more

The Chinatown Inn is a good low-cost option for a couple of days in KL. The hotel is located right in the centre of chinatown, all major sights of KL can be reached easily by public transport. The rooms are clean and have en-suite bathrooms. We paid around 25 USD per night. more

Great location, just 5-10 mins walk to the Puduraya Bus Terminal. I stayed here for 3 nights and got a room with no windows, with 4 walls and a door, it feels like an isolation cell. The air-con is also not cold enough and there is no restaurant, so no room service or breakfast. I probably won't stay here again... more

We arrived via taxi at around 9pm, and followed the directions on the hotel website. So the taxi dropped us off outside another hotel (like the website specified), but even though we were so close to it, it was impossible to find as at night the street it is on turns into a night market. Although quite impersonal, this hotel was absolutely adequate for our three night stay in KL.
