One of the worse hotel i've ever stayed in. Don't be deceived by the pictures as what you see is what you DON'T get. Condition of the room is indescribable. Carpets were stained with god knows what. The bedsheets were dirty (i highly doubt they changed it) because when i went in the room, the cleaner placed the used ones... More

I stayed there in May 2011 and the reason I picked this hotel was because of the proximity to the monorail, malls and restaurants and it looked decent enough in the pictures online. So I booked it for one night and was going to extend pending the experience. I had already paid cash for the room and deposit before I... More

I read the reviews below AFTER this hotel was booked for me by a friend. Im pretty greatful for everyones remarks, because I was expecting the worst when I got there, to be pleasently surprised. I worked rating hotels in America, and have travelled extensively, staying in real dumps (try burma) to 5 star hotels. What I cant stand to... More

We booked for apple hotel but the taxi driver brought us at agora hotel (formerly apollo hotel). He understands it as apollo and not apple. Since we were with my 5yr old brother and my mom was lured to the location of the hotel and fail to find apple hotel, we decided to stay here.Upon entering the room, you can... More

The price is not so amazing to recommend this to anyone, but it wasnt so bad when you think that you are right in the heart of KL and seconds walk away from bars, restaurants, shopping and everything that you could want in a city break. But... The first room we were given was obviously an emergency stand by room... More

When I first went to KL, I got to know this hotel from a lady at LCCT info desk. This is a terrible terrible terrible hotel I have ever seen. When you step into room, it is like a cheap and dirty brothel, everything is rotted. I then checked out immediately. Avoid!!!

I just love the location, that's it, nothing else. The service was bad, the room service too. The room was dirty, especially the sofa and the carpet. i think they run out off staffs, the reception and the operator were the same person. I will not come back again next time

The staff are not so friendly. The room was dirty especially the carpet. I picked the hotel just because it was located in Bukit Bintang and near the nearest monorail. The elevator smell bad and noisy. The location was worth it, but the others were dissapoint me ang my friend
