Pick this hotel at friend's recommendation. I am from KL, but decided to pamper myself for 2 days. Stayed in the executive floor. Was very happy with the service, comfy bed, good breakfast. Tried to be difficult and they handed it well :) haha.. I am bring my parents for a night or two.

The beds and pillows were fantastic. The meals and food were excellent with a great variety available, catering for all tastes. The facilities were good and clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Close to all shopping precincts. Would highly recommend to all travellers.

I enjoyed this hotel - location was stellar, service was strong, and they had a good gym. All in all, it was a good business hotel - nothing overly memorable about the hotel though beyond it's location. However, that's fine - it's not important for a business professional for the hotel to stand out. Try out the free shoe shine.

The rooms were very clean and very well serviced (twicw a day). It's not right in front of the Towers, but they are very easy to reach. Huge shopping center just near by.Service was fantastic and people very nice. The breakfast is something to remember.
