Seamless check-in. Typical intercon standard so rooms were okay. Service at club lounge was great. Location wasn't very convenient for tourists, but a complimentary shuttle to bukit bintang (at hourly intervals) did help. Breakfast wasn't amazing - reasonable variety.

Room was very clean with good ammenities. First hotel in Malaysia (by my experiance only) that provided condoms in the hotel.. hehehe.. Service was good and prompt and always with a smile. Would definately stay here again.

From the booking stage (to making sure enough for 3 ppl), the stay, to checkout everything was smooth, friendly, helpful, and perfect. Great value, right near the ampang subway line.
