Were there for 2 nights this month. Got upgraded to a Club room, nice one, with a nice view of the park. Staff is really nice, as expected. We stayed in the Mandarin Oriental KL for a few days en route to Langkawi with three young children. As usual for the Mandarin, the service was impeccable and they couldn't have been more helpful with us and the children.
