As previous traveler said, the reason I stayed at this hotel is because it is convenience. The hotel is directly opposite of IJN. The rooms come with free parking, and free breakfast.
Unfortunately, even with windows close, the noise from highway can be clearly heard. So I transferred to room facing the back. Is much better but the toilet faucet...

The only reason I can imagine anyone staying here is if they need to be close to the National Heart Institute (Institut Jantung Negara). This hotel is run down, poorly maintained, and being next to a busy highway, extremely noisy. Sink drain stopped up, 1950's vintage TV, light fixtures that are falling off the wall. The staff is pleasant but...
