Great price / quality. Service is OK (but certainly not perfect). Location is adequate with a metro station at 5 minutes walk and an (old) shopping mall with supermarket and a few (fast) food options at a few hundred meters distance. Decent breakfast. OK gym and swimming pool on the roof. Would stay there again when in KL.

We stayed in the Somerset Ampang when it first opened and stayed there for six weeks. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room ( a two bedroom apartment) comfortable and of reasonable size. The location is good, 10 minute walk from KLCC. The rooms are very clean, and everything in it is perfect. The free WIFI works very good and the swimmingpool on the top is very nice after a day in KL! I will go here agian, I loved it!

Situated next to the British High Commission, the Somerset is about 5 mins by taxi to KLCC. Great location and service with a smile! In addition to its spacious and clean rooms, the clubhouse offers great view of the city.

Nice & Clean Service Residence, Enjoy my stay. All Staff are Friendly and Definately would Come BacK. Reception was Fast, Breakfast was Nice, The Best Ever Tub View & Lurve the Rooftop Dip. Had A Great stay!
