It's worth paying $100, it was the best place I stayed at compared to three budget accommodation. Ask for a window room so I are not feeling boxed in. Room smells good compare to others.. This was the second time I've stayed here. Good for what it is.

location is good near bus station. staffs were helpful and considerate to let us store our baggage at their place after check out. we stayed here for only 5hours.. walls need some scrubbing and repainting. sheets were stained. towels were rough to skin. not even sure if the soap provided was ok to use.
