Easy to find Hotel during the day in Chinatown. With Jalan Petalaling the main street in Chinatown, the Hotel may be hard to find after dark when the street is taken over by stall vendors with their stalls and merchandise. Upon entering the Hotel we noticed a smelly Hotel, however the staff were most pleasant, polite and eager to assist.... More

Be careful when paying. Initially they lost my reservation and tried charging me more. Then having put my card through the machine said it hadn't gone through and did it again and I now have a double payment on my bill. I've tried contacting the hotel for the past 2 weeks and not had any reply. Other than that it's... More

I was in March at this hotel. It's in Petaling street, very busy street in fact Chinese market. But inside you don't hear any noisy. Two young people on reception are quite helpful Room was clean but without possibility to make a coffee or tea. There was TV but I didn't use it because I had my laptop with perfect... More

I have stayed here numerous times, when visitng Kuala Lumper and I have always found it not bad, it's in expensive and you get what you pay for. There is a slight funky odour, but I have stayed in a few hotels in the china town area and most of them are disgusting with rising damp, so this was perfect... More

All three of the various rooms I was changed to had live bed bugs. I ended up checking out and staying next door instead. They gave me a RM20 discount, no full refund. Otherwise, the sheets were stained, the in-room wifi worked well, and the rooms overlooking the street weren't that noisy.

Felt like a slightly dodgy area. Smelly room. View of a tin roof. But very good value to put head down for the night.

Stayed 2 nights over December 2011/ January 2012. Asked for a non-smoking room but were given a room with an ashtray and air fresheners hanging from the air-conditioner. Not sure if it's because I associate air fresheners with bathrooms but I really didn't like the smell of the room. Otherwise it was fine, clean enough and located in a handy... More
