We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean, although I found small black stains on bedsheet. Friendly and helpful staff. Fast checkin and checkout. The location was perfect, near to Bukit Bintang Monorail station, restaurants and shopping malls, which was very convenient for tourists. Try to have breakfast at Killiney Cafe nearby!

We stayed here in 2008 on our way to Cambodia. I loved everything about this room and the Hotel. The Hotel was situated within easy walking distance to everything that you would want. It was very busy while we were here, it was, quoting the taxi drivers "arab season"

Very convenient for tourists, right in the center of shoppings, restaurants... Clean and good service though check in is very slow. No breakfast room, but hotel arrange with a restaurant-coffee nearby which offer quite ok breakfast. We stayed in the spacious Piccolo Suite which contains 1 bedroom and 1 sofa area, 1 kitchen, 1 toilette. Recommended.
