Hostel staff were really helpful and friendly and it is within easy walking distance of lots of sights. Had a double ensuite room which was very small for 2 people with 2 backpacks was more like a single room. Good price for KL

As others have mentioned, the rooms are quite small and can feel claustrophobic. I stayed 2 nights in an attic room with a ceiling that dropped off dramatically 2 steps in, and it seemed like a rip-off to charge full price for what was essentially half a room! They agreed to move me to another one and I ended up...

This is definitely more backpacker than hotel accommodation, but what set it apart for myself and my 11-year old son was the friendliness and helpfulness of the unfailingly cheerful staff; the delightful Michelle, efficient Adrian - and patient, kind Roslan. When we had a problem with our credit card they spent hours on the phone for us until the problem...

I really like Classic Inn, and keep coming back every time I stop in KL. It is expensive, but it is nice to have a place like this once in a while. Definitely recommend it if you want to have a nice room, delicious breakfast, and another location than annoying KL's Chinatown

Service: the staff is extremely efficient, adorable ( especially with kids), and relax.
Location: very close to the monorail and next to a shopping mall (great for food and shopping), pretty central, with a few restaurants on the street.
Rooms: rather small...

The area around the hotel is quite creepy...

I shared a twin room with adult daughter, it was a bit of a squeeze with both suitcases and other paraphanalia, as the room was quite small. Our room looked onto the front open space which could get noisy if other guests were not being considerate.
However, the hotel was situated opposite a shopping mall offering a variety of eating...

Our stay was excellent. Getting there from the airport was a breeze using the Express train and the directions provided with our booking were spot on and fun to follow. The room was clean and comfortable; the only thing lacking was a place to unpack and store clothing. The breakfast provided was great and had some variety. We were there...
