I really like this hotel!!!good location to the shopping area and the hotel is quite clean. Kuramoto is the full range of facilities in all the hotels we stayed during the japan trip! Most of all, the receptionist is a very kind person who provided our lots of helps! Next time, we will chose the hotel again~~~~

Nice staff. Great service. Close to Namba about 10-15 min walk but very far from station. We had to take taxi from/to and that costs us heaps. Besides, the hotel is quite old. There is hot public bath and hot water bathtub but quite dirty and bad smell. We would prefer cleaner and newer hotel.
