Location is really good (just a 1 or 2 minutes walk from subway station) but there is some smoking smell in the room. The single room type B is quite small as there is a table in the room but the bathroom is not too small (bigger than the one in Tokyo we stayed before).

this hotel is near the the station. but the rooms are small. they dont do daily cleaning and you have give the used towels in order for them to change it. they also dont serve bfast but its ok, you can buy in 711 which is just right across the street.

Good location and good price. If have ramp at first floor will be better. We visit Shinsaibashi inn several times with our big luggage and baby car. It is tired and inconvenient to carry our heavy luggage and baby car to the elevator. If setup the ramp at first floor, the hotel will become the perfect place to stay.

Located right near Shinsaibashi Station, in the middle of Osaka. Can easily walk to shopping and restaurant areas. Room is clean and staff was nice. View of a brick wall. 11 channels on TV. Playboy Channel is extra.

Stayed for 6 nights - 4 persons very comfortable of course my younger slept with comforter on the floor not too bad he enjoyed.
