I just returned from a conference in osaka, the hotel ncb was very close to the conference venue only walking distance. enjoyed my stay there, clean rooms, staff very friendly & helpful. Bookedmy room through my conference organizers. Nice business hotel. Has a TV in the room with only Japanese programmes. Would certainly recommend it for business purposes.
