Located right at Osaka JR station and a number of railway/subway stations. Rooms are bigger than a regular hotel in japan. Super clean and excellent service. Good breakfast selection at the Checker's restaurant as well as the Executive lounge.

The location is excellent , the staff is helpful however , more needs to be done on the window blinds. They allow light in when fully closed. I would like the room to be pitch black when the blinds are fully closed.

Spent 4 nights here very comfortable rooms and found the staff incredibly helpful if you need anything at all ask Ari guest relations he was most helpful and always with a smile the hotel is right next door to main station so convenient for travelling to Hiroshima Kyoto Kobe
