First off, the location is outstanding for anyone overnighting in Osaka. This hotel is right in the train station you have quick access to the airport, or any other destination. The hotel on the other hand is an overpriced, 2 star affair. Our room was probably the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The room was non-smoking, but... More

This hotel was in an amazing location -right at the train station. Our room however was not that comfortable, it smelt A LOT and we didnt like spending much time in it as the smell was so overwhelming. We wanted a late checkout (just 2 hours extra) as we were travelling with our young children and wanted to give them... More

Have stayed in this hotel before due to the excellent location at Osaka Station, the hub with railway and underground, and did not get disappointed this time. The hotel has been newly renovated and the size of the room is acceptable. Since our first night stay happened to fall onto the holiday week in Japan, we paid quite a high... More

We stayed here for one night only to break the journey from Kyushu to Tokyo. I think the main reason one would stay here is proximity We booked what was described as a "small double" room and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the room was in fact much larger than we had been expecting. We had been staying in... More

Hotel is connected to the Osaka main train station and 4 large department stores. This hotel is really in a hassle free area. Subway station is level down from the train station. All the department stores have amazing food courts and supermarket. Room is tiny, but well equipped with all the essentials. Not the hotel you want to be in... More

It's in a decent location, but the rooms are like matchboxes, I booked a semi double, boy am I glad I didn't go for a single. If you are a tiny Japanese person I guess this place works but for a westerner it is so small as to be uncomfortable and impractical.

We were stay at this hotel during our japan tour april 2012. This hotel is situated on the south wing of the osaka station. Very easy to find when you arrive from other city thru shin-osaka. The helpful staffs and they help you to put your luggage in your room while you browsing around while waited for checkin time. The... More

I stayed in granvia for one night in a non-smoking deluxe single room. The room was very clean, seems newly renovated, modern furniture, Japanese size room on the 23rd floor. The room has one single bed, one couch, a desk along the wall with an LCD. The facilities in the room are kettle, two tea bags hair dryer. The bathroom... More

The Osaka JR station is just under the hotel. Daimaru dept store is just next door. Other big deparments are just a stone throw away from this hotel. The room facilities are very basic. Free Wifi is available all across the hotel. I will go back if I go to Osaka next time due to its very convenient location.

Just stayed one night in this hotel and I was not impressed. The online pictures of the rooms do not seem realistic to me at all. I stayed in a single room that was supopsed to be large and it was incredibly small. The bed was a twin bed and both bed and pillow were hard as a rock. The... More
