Spent a night here on business. Positives: Centrally located; plush standard Ritz Carlton interior; spacious, well-equiped rooms with great views; excellent service. Negatives: A little anonymous.. i.e could have been anywhere in the world; a little dated in parts. Overall, a good place to stay.

This was our last night in Japan and the sheer luxury of the rooms with wonderful views ensured we ended our Japanese holiday in real style. I don't think there was anything that could have made the rooms nicer and the service was impeccable. I will stay here again next time

Its a very unimposing nondescript structure, so much so you could walk right past & miss it! The staff at the concierge desk though are very helpful & patient & do make some very good suggestions & recommendations (though all the restaurants they recommended turned out to be very expensive!). Nice hotel but one with several imperfections. The layout is confusing -- a maze of hallways with few signs. The concierge staff tried to be helpful but restaurant recommendations were touristy and expensive. Surprisingly you also hear traffic in your room -- a freeway is nearby.
