My Travel Agent booked me at this hotel, its was great! Its literally only 50 metres from Shin Osaka Station, So I didnt get lost trying to find the hotel. Staff were very nice, room was clean. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Japan!

We booked into this place for 2 nights, a/c although on high wasnt cold enuf so we moved beds closer only to find a year's worth of crap and dirt under the beds, awful, bathroom and shower was a de-mountable, not so clean, small small toilet, no facilities, breakfast next morning for 800 yen was old and stale so we...
