Not much more to add to all the positive reviews. Service is excellent, staff really do go out of their way. They even have foreign staff who speak fluent Japanese! Very cool bathrooms. I was part of a group in Kyoto for business and every time we had a question or looked like we needed help the staff was willing and able to help. One staff member even accompanied a smaller group of us to an impromptu tour and translated for our hosts. How awesome!!! more

Was really enjoying a return visit to this fabulous hotel when I became seriously unwell. The level of support and service provided by General Manager Ken Yokoyama and his staff was unbelievable. We stayed at this Hyatt at the beggining of October and it was fantastic. The Hotel it's self is immaculate and well appointed. It has a modern design that is pleasing to very unique .
