Yes this ryokan is cheap and the owner/staff seemed pleasant. The room we had though, was simply not clean - curtains were dirty and there were dubious stains around. Ryokan Kyoka is convenietly located. It is relatively close to the JR station is a quiet and nice neighbourhoor. There is a free internet access (pc) available.
