Very Comfortable hotel (as with most Jap accom, small compared to western). We had a great time hear, lovely staff (even for Japaneses!! ) and in a great central location! We tried to stay in this hotel after a recommendation but I feel we were badly treated. I got in touch well in advance and was told there wouldn't be a problem booking but that I had to contact them on specific date before which they could not take reservations.
