The price is cheap. Kaori-san who is the owner speak english fluently. Although the shower and toilet are seperate and shared, but that make each room is quite big and feel more comfort. There are also main living room for chat and meet new friends. Meanwhile, there are also kitchen and other facility to be used.

Spent a night here recently and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and hospitality. The lady who runs the guesthouse is such a dynamic and fun person that nothing was too much trouble for her. Very helpful indeed. My next trip to Kyoto will include staying here for the duration of my stay. Very handy to everything as well.

It's very close to the Kyoto Station,just about 10 minutes by walking. The owner is very easygoing. The japanese room is clean and big enough for 2 people. Most important of all,the price is not expensive.
