This hotel is unmatched in its service and staff. The service and staff was outstanding. Their friendliness, excellent service, and attention made a great impression on me. Never did I feel inconveniencing them at any of my requests. The best one!

I stayed here for a conference at the nearby Kobe Conference Center. It is handy for that, just a few minutes walk away. Staying on Port Island isn't too bad as the Pearl City provides a shuttle bus to Sanomiya and Shin-Kobe stations every half hour and the Portliner train is pretty convenient also. Stayed here on business. It was actually supprisingly nice! Access is a little difficult as it is on port island but you can get a free bus from Sannomiya station every 30 minuets which takes around 15 minuets to reach the hotel. Stayed here for a conference in November 2008. It's OK, but not great. Be sure to ask for a nonsmoking room when you check in - the first room I was given was a smoking room.
