Good location and good price. Toyoko inn standards where you can find polite staff and a clean hotel. Most of these hitels have a washing machine and a dryer near the lobby and very useful during your travel around Japan. Rooms are small but they have all you need... I stayed there with my family in January, hotel is very simple but clean and very good service. Walking distance from train station but not in the side of city center. You have to go to station to take the bus to visit tourist sites.
