This is an average size hotel located in the heart of Sapporo. I stayed there while I was on a tour during the Sapporo Snow Festival, so I had no part in making the reservations or seeing the actual price for the rooms. The good things about this hotel is it is conveniently located if you are going to the... More

A lovely, clean hotel in the entertainment district of Sapporo. The price was great and the room was clean and modern. As all hotels in Japan, the room was on the small side, but as we didn't spend a lot of time in it, it didn't concern us. The hotel staff were also stellar. The workers at the front desk... More

i stayed in Ramada Sapporo Hotel for 2nights in july and really enjoyed my stay there. Rie Mizoguchi who handled our reservation spoke good english unlike some other hotels where both parties struggle to understand each other. The service provided was excellent and the our requests and queries were all met and answered. Being situated in the heart of susukino,... More

Only stayed 1 night at this property as the other hotel I had wanted was asking sky high rates for a Saturday. Checked in at 11.30pm due to a flight delay because of the typhoon raging in Nagoya. Check-in was prompt by the 2 men manning the reception. Room was typically small but as we were there only for a... More

Hotel is located in the Susukino or entertainment district of Sapporo on the opposite side of the block from the station. Staff was freindly upon arrival and aimed to please. Room was the "standard" size for Japan. We stayed in room 926 which is a non-smoking room. I would suggest avoiding this room AT ALL COSTS. There was a constant... More

Our room was very small, but my friend and I didn't expect the room to be spacious in the first place, since we were in Japan. However, a couple who travelled with us complained that their room was even smaller than ours after visiting us in our room. They had hardly any room to walk with their huge suitcase. So... More

The Ramada is in a great location right in the middle of the action and its rates are better than similar standard hotels. The rooms were above average size and clean and the staff were very helpful. One note for the breakfast which was superb although make sure you get a discount voucher from the reception More

Above average sized rooms for Japan. very helpful and friendly staff. Central location, very close to underground rail station. Hotel seemed recently renovated, so its was very clean and comfortable. As we were there in a holiday period, it was the only hotel that did not raise it rates to some ridiculous sum. More
