I stay here regularly on business trips for a day or two. Location is excellent, just near to the lake, and a few western restaurants nearby to eat. Hotel itself is very clean, and comfortable.

Location is excellent, staff is not friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. There is free broadband but any wifi spot, so if you don't have your computer you have to pay for this service.

We booked Crystal Orange Hotel (#1 in tripadvisor for Hangzhou) for 2 nights through C-trip, and did not noticed the fine print that the reservations will be automatically cancelled by 5pm. As it turns out, our train arrived in Hangzhou at 4:30pm. The distance between the train station to Crystal Orange is about 15 mins.....but we waited more than half... More
