Yiya appears to be more a service apartment in a run down complex and not a hotel .Only reason,I stayed there was that it was rated highly by Trip advisor.

Fully serviced apartments available on a nightly basis right in the centre of downtown. Huge rooms, super clean and lovely soft beds. After managing just one night each in three other hotels, I am going to stay here for the rest of my trip.
