This was a nice hotel except for the distance away from the main attractions. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast.

As part of our tour to China, we stayed 3 nights in this hotel.
Pros: very clean and nice decoration, rooms are big and nice and bathroom is well appointed. There is free wireless internet in the lobby. Service is good.
Cons: The mattresses were really, really hard and I like a firm bed but this was too much (they...

We stayed in this hotel for only 1 night on our China Tour. A pity it wasn't longer. I cannot remember any negatives on this hotel. I believe that a few people on the tour did find that reception was very slow including my husband when checking out. But apart from that nothing major. Our room was 2610 . A...

To keep it simple: the hotel is fabulous. Very classy with excellent staff. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is away from the city center. As such, you will need a taxi to get from the hotel to where ever you wish to go. There aren't too many places to eat nearby, but the restaurants are excellent, and the...

This is apparently the nicest 'Western' style hotel in Xi'an. It is clean and a typical business type hotel. The breakfast buffet is nothing special - get there early or it's gone!! The cashpoint in the hotel might not work for you - don't panic - I could only get Bank of China ATMs to give me cash. Staff spoke...

Spent two nights at this hotel. Best part was free internet and Wi-Fi as well as their breakfast buffet which had numerous selection of American and Asian dishes along with a good selection of desserts. The service there was great. The worst part was the front desk service which definitely needs improvement. Their English was poor and often they seem...

Stayed in Empark just for two night but wouldnt have minded staying longer. Its a bit out of the way but taxis are cheap so that doesnt matter at all. They even organised a driver for us to get to see the terracotta warriors. Great service, great room, spotlessly clean and the power shower was great - I dont think...

This is a great hotel for China. Rooms are very nice. Large. Free wifi, HD TV, nice bathroom. Really no complaints. Location is a little hard to figureout. Nothing really around it.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and I wish I could have carried it with me throughout the entire country during my 10 days there. The hotel is very modern and luxurious. I wouldn't say it is American 5 Star, but it is certainly nice as an upscale Hilton. The room was clean and spacious. The shower did...

From the moment we entered the hotel we knew that it was going to be a good experience with its expansive light and bright lobby and attentive service..
Whilst waiting for our bags to arrive we partook of the evening buffet which was exceptional with a really great array of foods and inclusive of icy beer.
On entering our immense...
