Front desk staff is not friendly and not helpful. No currency exchange available although displayed and ask us to go to Sheraton instead! When asked how we can visit Longsheng, the advice given is not the best way. Credit must be given to the housekeeping as the rooms are clean and no cigarettes smell.

The room was nice, the bed a bit hard, was very clean. Unfortunately a horrible musty smell permeated the hallways. 3rd stop hotel in a Wendy Wu tour of China. Guilin is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel situated on the river with fantastic views. Bedrooms and bathroom spacious and good quality fittings. Only negative comments were the state of the restaurant carpet which was covered in food stains.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a Wendy Wu tour. The hotel was in a good location, near good shops and the night market too. The room was a good size and had everything that I needed. The staff were friendly and polite.

Excellent location for exploring the town of Guilin, overlooks the river but also close to shops restaurants and bars. Rooms were fine with the typical Chinese hard mattress which seem to be the main complaint from people touring China.

Although this hotel was perfectly nice and the room was clean I didn't really enjoy my stay here. This hotel is next to the river, which was safe to walk along at night. This hotel has river facing hotels, once again large, spacious rooms, hard beds, but you are in China. This hotel is also next to large shopping malls, and some nice coffee shops, which was a nice change to Chinese style food. Breakfast was okay.
