Stayed for 3 nights and I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Unlike some of the other hotels I stayed in Guilin, the heater in the room was working well and room temperature was kept at a comfortable level. The temperature outside was hovering around 5-10C so it’s really comfortable to stay inside...

Originally my elderly parents and friend were amazed by the look of pictures of this new hotel. Hot Spring sounded so nice for a spa-holiday time. And the hotel was newly built, so we expected a brand new and well positioned good service oriented hotel. But we were sooooo disappointed.
