Shangri-la Guilin is very impressive and new hotel with high standards and very modern facilities ,excellent food fresh,tasty and variety , one of the best in china!!! The room was wonderful and spacious. the location was OK but not central ( about 8-10 minutes by Taxi to the city center. ) Free WiFi.

This very new hotel is set overlooking the Liu River in central China. The public areas are appealing and spacious. The grounds are manicured and private. Spacious rooms are well appointed and well maintained. Service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is a nice combination of Western and Chinese foods.

If you go to Guilin, you shoul stay at the Shangri-la. It is new and very well served. Choose a river view where you will be greeted with river and peak views. Breakfast is great. I upgraded my room to the club floor, the service is great, also the lounge on the club floor is amazing with GREAT view! Also the indoor swimming is soooo nice. While i was living, i am the only one enjoy this huge swim pool. The room is with a decent size and nice decoration.
