It is nice hotel,clean and in clean calm part of city The restaurant there was not as good as other Shangri la i tried before but still good. nice swimming pool ,staff can speak english good. if you choose Horizon club you can enjoy free beverage all type and snack also late check out.

While one of the older top range hotels, it remains a beautifully appointed facility. Decor in rooms is contemporary, foyer opulent with marble in abundance. Service is high, in house restaurants excellent. While location a little "out of the way" the hotel is good value.

Very convenient to the Pazhou Complex for Canton Fair and other events. Free parking. Inconvenient for anything else. Hotel although very nice is deteriorating. Room smelled like old dirty carpet and the bathroom had some mold. Some positives: great breakfast buffet, staff is friendly, nice spa, and close location to convention center.
