I just stayed at this place. The first room they showed me was 150 yuan so I asked for a delux room which was 238 yuan. It was on the 5th floor which has been completely remodeled. Everything new and very very nice.
Free hi speed w/cable and some English spoken at the front desk.

Good location near the Landmark hotel (Hanshu (sp?) metro stop, which is where you need to go to get the Vietnam Vias. Also very close to the river. more
