From the point of view of someone who usually stays in 4 star and above Western European hotels, this was something of an experiment. Rather than stay in a "posh" corporate hotel which could be located anywhere in the world, I decided to take the local option, and generally I'm very glad I did.

Room and location is great..clean, convenient but needs extra patient with taxis. as you need about 10 mins waiting time for taxi. Breakfast is tolerable if you would stay for 3 days. but more than that its yucky already as food doesnt change. they serve eggtart, dumpling, hardboild egg, coffee, tea every single day. Room does not have refrigerator..

This is among the better hotels in Guangzhou - located close to the pearl river (2 minutes walk to the riverside promenade and the bus stop).
