Stayed for 4 nights in April 2012 - Location is very good and very close to Masjid e Nawbi Room was ok and had fridge, safe, AC, bathroom and tv Buffet breakfast was good but could do with more variety only 5 Lifts but the lifts were very efficient and fast Wifi in recpetion and resturent area.

The hotel is next to the haram and takes about 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel door to the entrance of Masjid An Nabawi. Nice hotel, 2 mins from masjid nabwi, but no restaurants or fastfood nearby. Some staff are rude and do not cater for room service properly, and also would not acccept their mistakes and apologise. Wifi onky available in lobby and later on this was switched off too. Continental breakfast was good.

Decent location - 5 min walk to masjid. Beds the $50 at the market variety with broken springs, rooms clean but smokey and pull back the bed frame to find weeks of tissues etc. Electrical outlet exploded into pieces, on a plus - ac cold in entire hotel - breakfast yuck - poor selection and quality.
