The hotel is located close to the Holy Mosque (about 5 min walk). The rooms are okay, but the washrooms seemed quite dated. The day we arrived, the hotel's parking was full! We had to drive around the area and park our car on a side street, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The breakfast was decent, but the... More

The room was spacious with comfortable bed and a nice TV. The bathroom was old but in good condition. The check in and Check out was slightly slower... More

We stayed here twice on our trips for Umrah and both times have had good experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and the location of the hotel is within good walking distance to the Haram. Room service is awesome. The only downfall is that they don't have a restaurant serving lunch and dinners on regular basis other... More

Hotel was very nice, all other staff was very cooperative and respectful, except their reservation manager Mr. Mohammad Ali, gave me a hard time, after staying for 10 nights in last ashra of Ramadan, want to extent 3 more nights, for the same price I offered, but he refused to give me, he wants double the price, then I had... The hotel is very good. It is well maintained, the rooms are nice, although the washroom is in a very poor state! The washroom very much needs to be renovated. The sink and bath tub draining system constantly kept getting stuck after every shower. I called house keeping regarding this matter and someone came to the rescue in about 10... More

Not far from mosque.I recommend this hotel to everyone who can walk 5 mins to mosque. As it is not right at the gate of mosque it is less crowded so services are better.breakfast was also perfect and rooms are descent size.ignore tired furniture as you are not there to praise decor.I would certainly go back. I have stayed a few days in this hotel and had great time. No problem at all and rooms are big enough. Well; best thing was; my room was up graded to suites by Room Deviation Manager. Staffs are helpful and very friendly. Rooms are clean and everyday room service. Good value for money and I would recommend everybody. Location... More
