1st time was amazing, very good room size, check in process was very smooth, fast and friendly, Frauit Basket in Room, News papaer, Tea&Coffee pac available But in 2nd visit it was below expectations as check in takes long time, room was not prepared well, smaller size although it was the same rate... I echo all the other comments. Very comfortable, very quiet, after 24 hrs in planes and terminals, a very welcoming place. Good gym facilities steam room, sauna etc. Good meeting rooms, at least the one we used. more

The hotel is new, all Luxurious suites. Each suite has two LCD TVs. One in the bedroom and another in the living area. The one in the living area is equipped with a keyboard that you can use to switch TV channels, play games and surf the net. Very clean and tidy hotel. more
