The Hotel is one of the best hotels in Sochi but don´t compare it to european standard if it comes to the look. They have everything like free wifi (the fastest wifi i´ve ever had in a hotel!), slippers, chocolate in the rooms, water etc. etc. etc. The room service is good and not very expensive but the look of... A former soviet rest house, renovated. Ordinary rooms are very very small, even no vordrobe, just a little place inc the corridor - when U open doors it's quite difficult to pass! Though senior rooms are quite big and nice, but no even a plate or additional glasses. Stuff is not polite and do not speak English. Always much people... More

Centrally located, it’s an old soviet hotel renovated a few years ago, yet still old fashioned and quite shabby, designed with bad taste. My room was quite small and dusty, with cheap furniture, old bedspread and old moquette. The room door is very thin and you can hear other guests passing by your door, doors slamming and people talking. Breakfast... More

The Marins is not a good hotel for a business traveler. It's probably okay if you are a tourist looking to looking to see Sochi, and want to be a stones throw from the ocean. I was here to prepare for a meeting and needed a comfortable friendly well appointed hotel. The room was too warm; it took hours to... More

This hotel is within a short walk of pretty much everything. The Black Sea is minutes away - and the boardwalk has restuarants, cafes, and swimming spots. The night scene is beautiful people everywhere - and the hours go late. I got up to catch a plane at four and the lobby was full of people. My room was amazingly... More

This is a nice hotel & convenient location to the waterfront boardwalk. They do not have their own beach but there are plenty of public areas to enjoy the Black Sea just steps away. English speaking front desk staff. Rooms were nice & comfortable. Be sure to upgrade to the air conditioned rms. Not worth the savings for non A/C... More

This modern new hotel is situated in the center of Sochi, near the Central beach. New, well-decorated rooms. Bathroom equipment is new. Beautiful windows view (sea – from my room on the sixth floor). Service is well. I was fully pleased with meals (three meals a day). Marins park hotel has a very good location, but it has no own... More

Most of Sochi hotels are dated, old-fashioned, Soviet-style and with mediocre service. Marines Park Hotel is rather new and more close to the European standards. However if you consider it apart of the rest awful Sochi hotels it's an average, poor managed hotel which I could rate for 3 stars at best. Conference halls are also beyond high standards.

Marins Park is supposedly a 4 star hotel, its only redeeming feature is that it is in a good location a short walk to the (pebbled) beach and is clean. Four star it is not!! We booked it because it had an outdoor pool but the pool was closed despite being 30 degrees. There was supposed to be an al... More

Visited Sochi for the first time this summer and wasn't sure what to expect in terms of hotel quality -- my sense was that if you weren't staying at a five-star hotel where the Russian oligarchs stay, that things could be kinda hit-or-miss. I can say that Marines Park Hotel far exceeded my expectations. While not cheap (close to $200/night... More
