Bottom lines: English speaking staff? Yes, some. English speakers won't have any trouble except with housecleaning staff Clean? Yes Internet? Yes, though a bit slow. On site restaurant? Yes. I went and reserved the Studio suite which is fair price of 100 dollars per night. It might be steep for some but if you want a decent quality room this is the best bet to rent.
