I needed to buy a russian sim card for mobile phone, and mobile phone shop needed a registration form with a russian address, and hotel staff were able to provide this for me within half hour. Well located hotel. Rooms very comfortable and good fitness centre and business centre. Dinners in the hotel restaurant were good but breakfast could be a bit better. Very well located in centre of Perm. Would stay there again if visiting Perm on business or pleasure.
