This is a very nice hotel. It is new, clean, neat, well maintained and quiet, with wi-fi that works very well. It is very centally located to the center city. The hotel staff was excellent and they do their best to insure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This hotel is a great value for the money.

During last year I've tried to stay in Octayabrskaya, Volna, Oka and Ibis. So Ibis is the best in prire/comfort/location. Volna has slightly better breakfast but two times more expensive and located next to OEM Plant. Oka is nice too but located far from center. Octaybrskaya is worst of all. Stayed there for 4 days. My room was reasonable size but very basic (without kettle facilities). Considering the cost of it I wasn't surprised. All in all, modern hotel with ok breakfast and helpful staff. There is ironing room which I found convenient (it's not always fast to get an ironing board in some hotels in Russia)
